SalonGurukul is the brand and business name used for this website and for salon marketing products and services offered in India.

You should only use the website and purchase products or services if you are legally able to enter into a contract in India and are using them for a genuine business or professional purpose.

You agree to use the website lawfully and not to:

• Interfere with the security, availability, or operation of the website
• Attempt unauthorised access to accounts, files, or systems
• Misuse checkout, download, or communication features
• Use the website to send spam, harassment, or unlawful content

Salon Gurukul may offer digital PDF products and related salon marketing playbooks or guides. Product descriptions, prices, and what is included are shown on the relevant product page at the time of purchase.

Prices are typically shown in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. Payment is due at checkout. Access is provided after successful payment confirmation.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. A purchase is complete when payment is successfully confirmed. Digital products are then delivered electronically, such as through a download or access link.

You are responsible for providing accurate contact details so we can confirm the order and deliver access. If delivery fails because of a technical issue after a successful payment, please contact support@salongurukul.com so we can help restore access.

When you purchase a digital PDF or similar downloadable product, Salon Gurukul grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use that product for your own salon or business.

You may not, without prior written permission:

• Redistribute, share publicly, or resell the file or its contents
• Upload the product to a shared drive, marketplace, or group for others to copy
• Claim the content as your original published work
• Use the materials to create a competing product for sale

Website content, branding, product materials, and related resources are owned by or licensed to the operator of the Salon Gurukul brand and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of that content to you, except for the limited licence described for purchased digital products.

Salon Gurukul may offer salon marketing and business growth services. The scope, fees, timeline, and deliverables for a service are those agreed in the relevant order, proposal, or written service terms. These website terms apply in addition to that agreement unless the service terms say otherwise.

Salon Gurukul may, now or in the future, offer software or services related to business communication. This can include messaging, follow-up, reminders, customer communication, review requests, and related automation functionality available through supported services.

If messaging or automation functionality is made available to you, you must only message people where you have an appropriate lawful basis and, where required, a valid opt-in. You must not use the tools for spam, harassment, deception, or unsolicited bulk messaging, and you must honour opt-out requests.

Salon Gurukul is not WhatsApp or Meta and does not promise WhatsApp Business API approval or any official partnership status.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit (including enquiry forms, checkout details, and any contact lists or message content you use with our services). You must not provide information you are not allowed to use.

The website and services may rely on or refer to independent platforms such as Razorpay, Google, Meta, Instagram, and WhatsApp. Those platforms have their own terms, availability, and policies. Salon Gurukul does not control them and is not responsible for their decisions, outages, or rule changes.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Salon Gurukul and the people operating the brand are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost business, or loss of data, arising from use of the website, products, or services.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for a claim relating to a specific paid product or service is limited to the amount you paid for that product or service.

We may suspend or end access to the website, a download, or a service feature if we reasonably believe there is abuse, fraud, unpaid amounts, unlawful use, or a serious breach of these terms or related policies. You may stop using the website at any time.
